„Our experience with Cindy Landolt
We are Uwe and Anne-Kathrin, both around 30 and have been training together for several years. We always did our own thing and were in the studio 3 times a week (equipment and free weights area), we were physically fit, but we lacked the visible success. At the beginning of 2014 we became aware of Cindy and followed her on Facebook. We downloaded their free help and tips and started training according to their muscle building plan. And that changed us quickly and clearly. Within a few weeks we had burned a lot of fat and our bodies have visibly changed. Within a few months my chest size grew by 10 cm and my belly size shrank by 10 cm. With Anne-Kathrin, too, the result was clearly visible on the stomach and thighs at 8 cm and after only 3 months. So we decided to have a personal plan drawn up. In September 2014 the time had come – we visited Cindy in the Centurion Club and met her personally in beautiful Zurich. We were both thrilled and still are today. It has the ability to grasp what is already there and where it needs to be started. She created us a personal training plan that is easy to implement and fun because you can see success. We actually spend a lot less time in the gym now because our plan is optimized and reduced to the essentials. Cindy not only communicates your specialist knowledge in a targeted manner, but also gave us the crucial tips and pointers to further advance our training. Since she has already walked the path ahead of us, your tips outperform the usual „textbook“ trainers. You have to live the training yourself, because clever books don’t help either. Why do I need a personal trainer to be fit?

Personal Training Zurich Costs: How much does an hour of Personal Training cost?
A personal training session (1h) with Cindy Landolt in Zurich, Switzerland costs CHF 250 plus 8% VAT. Packages of 26 personal training sessions with Cindy or one of her qualified fitness trainers costs CHF 225.00 plus 8% VAT per hour. I started my own business 8 years ago as a personal trainer. After many years as a top athlete and a well-founded education in the areas of nutrition, rehabilitation, physical and advanced training, health and fitness training, I have gathered a huge repertoire of experience, which I now incorporate into my clients‘ personal training.

If you train with me or with my trainer from the team, you do not pay for a personal training session, you pay for a complete lifestyle change and how you get there. I adapt your training plan and nutrition program to your current level and together we tackle it step by step. Regular contact is very important so that I know exactly how you are and can always adapt to the training.
Can you give me nutritional and dietary advice to help me with my physical fitness training?

I don’t live in Zurich. Do you have trainer partners in other cities or do you offer online training? Or can I visit you and create a personal training and nutrition plan for me?
At the moment I have no trainer partners in other regions. But I offer 1:1 consultations with me in Zurich and offer online personal training and nutrition plans that are geared to your lifestyle, your goals, and your current condition. Whether you are interested in health, weight loss, losing weight, building muscle, or endurance training, I can create your perfect workout routine as well as your nutrition and recovery plan.

Do I need to see my doctor for a fitness test before I start personal training sessions?
Before you start training with me in my studio in Zurich, I will send you a detailed questionnaire. This gives me an overview of your general state of health and the current fitness condition. From there, we decide whether you should visit a doctor first before starting the personal training sessions at the Centurion Club.
Body Transformation Zurich: Do you also offer group fitness and boot camp hours in your gym to make several people fit?
As a personal trainer, I generally specialize in the individual needs of my customers. I also offer group courses and fitness programs in the form of Circuit training and boot camps in the Centurion Club, as well as externally. In particular at corporate events or adventure days, graduation evenings, or other social events, I design such fitness courses/days again and again. I have very good experiences with training with children and adolescents but also with exercise and strength training with seniors. It is a pleasure to show people how great it is to be fit and feel strong, regardless of age.
